Volodymyr Tsapko is a seasoned investment professional with over 2 decades’ experience in several of the world’s leading financial institutions. He currently serves as the Head of Financial
Institutions Private Equity at Responsability Investments, where he manages a USD 300 million portfolio of private equity financial institutions and fintech investments in global emerging
markets.

Prior to joining Responsability Investments in 2018, Vlad filled several roles at the renowned Deutsche Bank, starting from 2007. Most notably, he served as the Director of Financial Institutions Group, Corporate and Investment Banking Division, where he oversaw the execution and origination of financial institutions’ M&A and ECM transactions in emerging EMEA markets. Vlad’s previous experiences also include the role of Finance Director of
Universal Investment Group, where he managed finances of five of the Company’s venture subsidiaries, including treasury, performance measurement, and overall cost control.

He holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, as well as a Bachelor of Finance from LVIV National University in Ukraine.
